Lounge Life Salisbury

Showroom staff were very helpful when I was looking to purchased, but after completing my sale I was promised a priority delivery the following week, I'm now into my third week and still no sofa and when I called I was told a truck had arrived that day but my sofa was not on it I would have to wait yet another week and with no explanation as to why and why did the sales staff not feel the need to communicate this to me i have had no communication with the staff other then when I called to find out what was going on yes very disappointing.
